1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return a product if:
- The item is defective, damaged, or faulty upon delivery.
- The item received is not what you ordered.
- The item has a manufacturing defect identified within the return period.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with original packaging (where applicable).
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.
2. Items Not Eligible for Returns
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom-made or personalized products (unless defective).
- Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear.
- Sale or discounted items (unless faulty).
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
If the item does not meet return conditions, it will be sent back to you at your cost.
4. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:
- Defective items
- Incorrect items supplied
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered.
5. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except where the item is faulty or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable courier service, as Jabeson is not responsible for items lost in transit.
