Full payment is required before production or delivery.

Custom or personalised items are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless defective.

Risk passes to the customer once the order is handed to the courier.
5. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
